Grillin' Thyme Catering is a small, family-owned North Georgia business that has literally taken on a life of it's own. From its beginnings in late 2003, Grillin' Thyme has continued to see steady growth each year though the company has never been advertised.
The company began from a love of BBQ and BBQ Competition. Owner Todd Hartman, his wife, Karen and their two daughters have competed in KCBS and Wild Game Cooking Competitions all over the country and have even been featured in three Food Network Television specials. The family has won numerous state and world championships and has been a top ten finisher in the prestigious Jack Daniel's World Invitational.
Though BBQ is their passion, Grillin' Thyme has gone beyond and offers a wide variety of menu items to choose from. Many of their client's favorite items include their Apple Glazed Pork Loin, Baked Chicken in a Basil/Sour Cream Sauce, Southern Style Green Beans and their award-winning Banana Split Pudding.
Because they are a young and relatively small company, Todd and Karen believe that their ongoing success is due to the personal attention given to every detail. Their desire is to treat their customers in a manner that they would expect to be treated themselves.
Since they are a family-owned business, they are able to adapt their menus and service to best fit their clientele whether corporate or individual. From formal dinners to down-home picnics and events catering from 50 to 750, Grillin' Thyme is committed to providing the highest quality service in the area at the most competitive pricing.
